service. They observed other management companies tended to think only
in terms of building their own management companies and day-to-day
rental operations. As owners and group investment managers, more
attention to the apartment properties was needed. Asset and opportunity management were also vital.

We not only manage the day-to-day operations of their properties for them, we
look after the larger investment issues as well. Our service is designed so the client does not have to think about their
investments. We watch the entire investment - renovation/exchange opportunities,
demographic shifts, market pricing, new legal requirements, financing,
