Jeffrey Castellaw, President San Diego Apartment Brokers, Inc.
Jeff, a licensed Real Estate Broker, graduated from San Diego State
University in 1975 where he earned a B. A. degree in Economic Theory.
He also studied Quantitative Analysis in the graduate program. Jeff
joined Tri-Growth Real Estate in 1980, became investment division
manager in 1982 and co-owner in 1987. He has brokered, managed,
developed and syndicated dozens of properties in the San Diego area
over the past 27 years. In 1993 he co-founded San Diego Apartment
Brokers.
R. W. “Skip”
Unander, Vice-President San Diego Apartment Brokers, Inc.
Skip,
a native San Diegan and licensed Real Estate
Broker, began his apartment career 35 years ago. He co-founded Tri-
Growth Real Estate in 1975, managed over 900 units and has formed over
29 apartment syndications. In 1993 he co-founded San Diego Apartment
Brokers to focus on servicing a select group of apartment brokerage and
management accounts.
James A. Stewart, Vice-President Group Investments and Managing Member San Diego Apartment Investors
Jim graduated from San Diego State University in 1975 with a degree in
Finance with emphasis in Real Estate. He has been a licensed Real
Estate Broker since 1975. Jim is a lifetime Realtor and has been
investing and managing San Diego apartments since 1974. He worked at
Goodrich Aerospace for 17 years holding positions as a National
Accounts Manager, Auditor and Senior Financial Administration. Jim has
also served on the supervisory committee with Pacific Trust Federal
Credit Union.
Sandra Morrison, Vice President Property Management Services
Sandra joined San Diego Apartment Brokers in 1995 as a resident site
manager. She became Account Executive in 1998 and Vice President of
Property Management in 2006. She holds a California Real Estate Sales
License and has completed numerous courses in the property management
field.
